We Are Martland Skip Hire
Martlands Waste Solutions is a long established family skip hire & recycling business, well known around Burscough & West Lancs for over 100 years and we provide skips of all shapes & sizes to businesses, building trade, industry & domestic clients alike.
We take pride in assisting our customers with a waste solution that meets their needs regardless of whether it’s a builder hiring 8-tonne skips every week, an industrial yard with a 40 cubic yard roll on-roll off ro-ro skip or a private individual having a clear-out.

All our drivers are highly experienced, polite & professional and try their hardest to place the skip just where you want it – if it’s physically possible, we’ll get it there!

Areas We Cover
We cover all over the North West (and further afield on a case by case basis) from our base in Burscough near Ormskirk. From Preston & Fulwood in the North down to Crosby, Waterloo, Seaforth & Blundellsands to the South by way of St Helens, Wigan & Chorley – but if you’re not sure if we can cover your area, just give our friendly office staff a call and see if we can help – we certainly hope so!
But of course it’s not just about collecting the waste (and as well as skip hire, we also collect trade & commercial waste via a regular bin service) so we’ve invested in our own recycling centre where waste is sorted and wherever possible, recycled for further use with as little as possible being sent to landfill.
To the delight of builders, agricultural contractors, gardeners, landscapers & keen DIYers, we’ve just expanded our services to include deliveries of top soil too.
